No. Every plan includes every feature. Higher plans add more minutes, more locations and more hands-on help from our team.
A minute is time your AI receptionist spends on the phone with a caller. Your dashboard shows the minutes you've used so far this month, call by call.
If you use more than your plan's included minutes in a month, extra minutes are billed at your plan's rate: $0.45 a minute on Starter and $0.40 a minute on Growth and Pro. They're added to your next monthly invoice, and your dashboard shows your usage as you go.
Your receptionist keeps answering. Calls are never cut off because you've reached your included minutes. You'll get an alert as you get close, and anything above your included minutes is billed at your plan's per-minute rate. If you're regularly going over, moving up a plan is usually cheaper, and we'll tell you when it is.

No. Plans are monthly, with no contract and no annual commitment. We don't offer annual plans, so there's nothing to lock you in.
